The app is free, but the sessions are a paid service. The prices vary per artist, as they have the ability to set their own rates.

NIYA Pros are makeup artists who have been individually vetted by the NIYA Beauty Director.
NIYA Pros are experienced, working makeup artists.

After you complete the registration process, which includes a beauty questionnaire, you will be able to filter through our list of NIYA Pros. You will see the their profile, experience, and portfolio. After checking their availability, you may select a date and time that is convenient for you.

Communication is all within the app. You will not need to share your personal contact information. The NIYA Pro will message you via the app and will hold the session by a video call after you have booked an appointment.

No. Your information is secure and confidential. Neither party sees the other’s private information, such as email or phone numbers. As per our Terms & Conditions, sharing personal information is not allowed.

Yes, we strongly recommend that you prepare for your session by having a clean, moisturized face. Also, please have your products out and ready for use. We recommend that you give yourself time to prep for the NIYA session and book in advance so you will be ready.

You have up to 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel in order to receive a full refund as app credit. If cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will receive a 50% refund as app credit. If you are a no-show appointment, you forfeit your payment. Please see our Member Terms & Conditions for more information.

You will not be charged for the session. You will have the option of booking again with the same artist or a different one. Please email us at support@niyabeautyapp.com to file a complaint of a failed appointment.
